We are looking for smart, forward-thinking and experienced Mid-Level UX Researchers to join our renowned, world-class team at Key Lime Interactive. This is a remote position that will require a combination of remote work and in some in-person research fielding, enabling a flexible yet collaborative environment. We are looking for an individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, capable of conducting end-to-end UX research with minimal to no direction. Experienced with In-person fielding, as well as testing software and hardware, is a MUST. If you thrive in an environment where there is constant change and your research matters, then this is a good place for you. You'll be working with teams during the design sprints, hence experience working side-by-side with stakeholders is a must. The successful candidate must possess deep, hands-on experience in a comprehensive suite of both qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods, including but not limited to: Behavioral Personas, UX Research Strategy Workshops, Co-Creation Journey Mapping, Workflow Discovery/User Requirements Definition/Problem Framing, Exploratory Research, Agile UX Design or Participatory Design, Contextual Inquiries, Expert Reviews, Usability Testing (In-Lab and Remote), Quantitative Research (using tools like Qualtrics, Optimal Sort, and Userzoom) to conduct: Diary Studies, Surveys, Ethnographic Research, Tree Tests, Eye Tracking, Card Sorts, Focus Groups & In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Competitive Online Studies, True Intents, and more. A critical component of this role involves deep collaboration. You will be an embedded partner, working side-by-side with product teams and stakeholders throughout intensive design sprints. Therefore, a proven track record and extensive experience in working collaboratively and iteratively with stakeholders are absolutely essential.
