Ontrac Solutions partners with elite organizations to build digital products, platforms, and experiences that operate at scale. They are looking for a UX Designer with conversational AI and Microsoft Copilot experience to support a high-profile customer experience initiative. This role is ideal for a designer who can work independently, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and create thoughtful voice and chat-based experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered conversational experiences across voice and text-based virtual assistant channels. This person will partner closely with product teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intuitive, effective, and scalable conversational flows. The ideal candidate has experience designing for conversational AI, Microsoft Copilot products, IVR, voice interfaces, and chat-based experiences. They should be comfortable creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, facilitating workshops, and translating complex requirements into clear user journeys, flows, dialogs, and interaction specifications. This role also requires someone who can operate independently, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help mentor or guide less experienced designers when needed.
