About The Position

MeridianLink is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products, helping to streamline critical financial workflows while adding moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design. This role requires strong ownership across the full design lifecycle—from problem framing through final specifications—while working within product constraints and evolving patterns within our design system. You will also have the opportunity to apply emerging AI-powered UX processes for design and testing, as well as contribute to AI features that meaningfully enhance the lending experience.

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow
