About The Position

We are seeking a UX Designer Specialist with a focus on Research Synthesis & Written Communication for a contract role. This position is fully remote. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing user research data, conducting heuristic evaluations and UX audits, and organizing findings into comprehensive reports. Key tasks include documenting information architecture and interaction design, applying accessibility standards (WCAG), and producing clear written communications for diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.

• Evaluate and document information architecture and interaction design decisions.

• Produce clear, precise written communications that convey research outcomes and design rationales to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Synthesize and resolve complex or conflicting data points to deliver concise, evidence-based recommendations.
