About The Position

This role focuses on providing expert-level analysis and communication within software engineering. The specialist will be responsible for articulating technical decisions, evaluating code and designs, producing technical documentation, conducting code reviews and debugging, and developing testing and performance analysis strategies. The role requires a strong blend of deep engineering knowledge and sophisticated writing ability, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and articulate the rationale behind technical decisions, providing detailed explanations of trade-offs and system design considerations.
• Evaluate code samples and architectural proposals, delivering expert-level written feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and potential improvements.
• Produce comprehensive technical documents such as RFCs, ADRs, and design specifications to clarify engineering approaches and justifications.
• Conduct structured code reviews and debug scenarios, outlining step-by-step reasoning and recommended solutions.
• Develop clear, actionable automation testing strategies and performance analysis reports, highlighting best practices and areas for optimization.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into concise, accessible language suitable for a broad audience.
