The UW Connects Outreach Program Coordinator provides comprehensive program management, administrative coordination, and operational support for UW Connects’ existing outreach programs and for development of a new statewide outreach strategy designed to unify and scale outreach and engagement across the University of Wisconsin–Madison. This role serves as a central hub for community requests and campus coordination, managing intake, workflows, and program delivery while ensuring a high‑quality experience for community partners, faculty, staff, and students. The position oversees logistics for the Badger Talks and Bucky’s Classroom programs, supervises student staff, supports faculty and student travel logistics, and contributes to data collection, process standardization, and statewide outreach development efforts. The position reports to the UW Connects Director.
