Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and a safe, welcoming environment.
• Follow established safety protocols while completing daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role.
• Experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Basic maintenance knowledge to address minor repairs and upkeep.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest areas, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure areas are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
