Requirements

Previous work experience as a dishwasher.

Availability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Hand-wash specific items, such as cutting boards, large pots, and pans.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Assist with putting away deliveries and maintaining an organized back-of-house.
Set up workstations before meal preparation begins.
Ensure a sufficient supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
Monitor dishwashing machine operations and promptly report technical or performance issues.
Regularly remove garbage and sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
