About The Position
Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role is for a Utility Worker responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and security of buildings, grounds, and equipment. The position involves assisting maintenance and custodial staff with facility upkeep and performing general cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
- Assists with special projects as directed.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Performs other duties, as required.
