About The Position
As a Utility Worker, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. You’ll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, support dishwashing and sanitation, and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment.
Requirements
- No previous experience required, we will train you!
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, trash areas, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.
- Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.
- Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.
- Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
