About The Position

The Utility Kitchen Worker supports kitchen operations at Parker at River Road by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties include washing dishes and pots, sweeping and mopping, and removing garbage and cardboard. The position is full time, with a scheduled shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and work every other weekend. The starting hourly rate is $18.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
• Working knowledge of a commercial dishwasher, power washer, eye wash station, garbage compactor, garbage disposal, and commercial cooking equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in English.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash dishes and pots.

• Remove garbage and cardboard.
