About The Position

The Kitchen Utility Worker completes daily sanitation assignments in dining and kitchen areas, including cleaning equipment and supplies according to the correct procedures and as directed. The role also assists with arranging and organizing food and supply orders, keeps the loading and receiving dock clean and organized, properly wraps, labels, and dates food items for storage in refrigerators, freezers, or storage rooms, and washes dishes, pots, and pans as assigned. No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily sanitation assignments in dining and kitchen areas, including equipment and supplies, following correct procedures as directed.
• Assist in arranging and organizing food and supply orders.
• Keep the loading (receiving) dock clean and organized.
• Wrap, label, and date food items for storage in refrigerators, freezers, or storage rooms.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans as assigned.
