The Pines at Davidson is hiring dishwashers to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation for our high-end resident dining experience. Requirements

Able to use chemicals safely
Able to work flexible hours
Able to work well with others
Understanding of FIFO (First in First out) stocking practices
Able to lift 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Experienced as a dishwasher preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Performance of general cleaning duties, inclusive of daily floor cleaning and buffing in the kitchen
Performance of dishwashing procedures
Performance of "3 sink" pot & dish washing procedure
Working with cleaning chemicals
Assisting in food preparation as directed
Processing and storing incoming orders of food and supplies according to departmental policies and procedures
Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols
Adherence to all safety policies & procedures of The Pines at Davidson and regulatory authorities.
Maintenance of confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure residents and team members of confidentiality is protected
Proper personal appearance and hygiene according to established procedures
Assurance that food preparation and storage areas are maintained in a clean and properly arranged manner at all times.
