About The Position

Allegiance Industries is hiring a Utility Tech for its manufacturing facility in Raeford, North Carolina. The role is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. On-the-job training is provided. The Utility Tech performs light maintenance and general facility upkeep, supports production-line machinery, follows safety procedures, and completes maintenance schedules, project timelines, and work orders. The position calls for basic facility-maintenance experience, attention to safety and detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Requirements

• Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, including minor repairs and routine inspections of facility equipment and systems.
• Maintain the facility by painting, moving furniture, and completing minor building repairs.
• Support the production line by helping ensure machinery runs efficiently and addressing minor issues.
• Follow safety protocols, remove debris, and keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and project timelines and complete work orders.
• Follow written instructions and keep records.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
