Requirements
- Daily access to a reliable automobile - driving required, mileage reimbursed
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
- Shadow more experienced property managers to pave the way toward advancement
- Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties
- Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants and vendors
- Assist our teams with providing more efficient services.
- Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects
