Requirements

• Ability to work rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the utility team.
• Oversee dish room, sanitation, waste removal, and cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing, productivity, and daily operations.
• Partner with culinary and patient dining leaders to support hospital operations.
