Requirements

5+ years of property management or related industry experience.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations.
Experience using property management software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Single-family residential property management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily management of single-family residential properties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and property inspections.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Monitor property performance and occupancy goals.
Maintain accurate records using property management software.
Prepare reports and communicate property updates to ownership.
Deliver exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed.
