About The Position

As an Environmental Services Utility at Excalibur Hotel, you will help create a welcoming guest experience through friendly service and attention to guests’ needs. You will maintain cleanliness and detail quality throughout the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required areas; operate floor care and specialty cleaning equipment; contain and clean biohazardous materials; and replenish supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required areas.
• Operate professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment.
• Contain and clean biohazardous materials.
• Replenish supplies when necessary.
