About The Position

As a Utility Porter, you will create WOW experiences for our guests by ensuring The Cosmopolitan property is impeccably presentable by using cleaning machinery to maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Valid Nevada DL required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with professional cleaning equipment and knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
• Replenishes supplies when necessary
