About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, open doors as appropriate and assist arriving guests with inquiries and assist them with transportation needs
• Assist employees within the Bell stand and Valet department.
• Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
