About The Position

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/Light Tech. You may be responsible for changing all types of light bulbs, replace ceiling tiles and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to use ladders.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Light Tech experience is a plus.
• Light Tech experience a plus but will train.

Responsibilities

• Changing all types of light bulbs
• Replace ceiling tiles
• Other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner

Benefits

• Pay rate $16.00/hr
• Hours 40 hrs/week, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
