About The Position

The Utility Operator provides support throughout the Assembly Department, assists the supervisor with training associates, and fills in on the production line when there is absenteeism or an unscheduled break. The role is located in Springfield, Tennessee, and is identified as a second-shift position.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform all jobs on the production line.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to communicate concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
