About The Position

The Utility Operator II provides support throughout the Assembly Department, assists the supervisor with training associates, and fills in on the production line when employees are absent or take unscheduled breaks. The role is based in Springfield, Tennessee, and is listed for the second shift.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform all jobs on the production line.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8–10-hour periods.
• Ability to communicate concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
