This shift will start at 5:00 am and end 1:45 pm depending on the production schedule. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
• Able to work directly with insulation.
• Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must Achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire and EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months.
• Interview required

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties on the assembly lines and/or operating a Powered Industrial Truck to provide plant wide support when needed.
• Tests and repairs ranges.
• Trains new associates on job tasks and assists in follow-up of quality issues.
• Troubleshoots functional defects.
• May backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
• May back fill for absenteeism.
