About The Position

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is seeking a full-time Utility Operator 2 for a 12-hour night shift. This role is an advanced-level position where the operator will be cross-trained in several production positions, including operating equipment such as cheese making equipment and whey drying equipment. The position has a direct impact on operations and quality. Utility operators are cross-trained to run multiple pieces of equipment, providing variety in their roles. A key aspect of this role is establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and providing guidance to trainees and co-workers. Accurate record-keeping is essential, and demonstrated solid judgment abilities are required. Flexibility, including willingness to work overtime on occasion, is a must.
