About The Position
American Energy Resources is hiring Utility Meter Installers to perform gas meter installation and replacement in the field. This is a physically active role working outdoors as part of a technician team.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required for job-related travel.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors and using field equipment.
- Strong reliability and work ethic.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and driving record review, where permitted by applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace gas meters.
- Perform outdoor field work in varying weather conditions.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
