About The Position

Applied Technologies Group (ATG), a subsidiary of AM Pierce & Associates, is seeking a Utility Helicopter FMS Program Support Coordinator to support the Utility Helicopter Program Office (UHPO). This role involves assisting in the development and management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics for the procurement, upgrade, modification, and life extension of the International Partners UH-60 or LUH-72 helicopter fleet, as well as overall life cycle support efforts. The candidate will play a critical role in executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, conducting research, analysis, and coordination to facilitate aircraft delivery and sustainment to Partner Nations.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
  • High school diploma with equivalent technical experience in programmatic or logistics disciplines will also be considered acceptable.
  • At least ten (10) years of programmatic and/or logistics experience with a strong background in Army Acquisition Logistics and/or Aviation Branch functions.
  • Expertise in key functional areas such as operator support, quality control (QC), production control (PC), repair shop operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Technical proficiency in logistics management systems, maintenance procedures, and quality assurance practices.
  • Black Hawk crew chief / maintainer, 151A, or Maintenance Test Pilot.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and long-term program development, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and national interests.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical and programmatic information to diverse audiences including senior leadership and international stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of DoD 5000 Series Acquisition regulations, particularly in relation to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and associated processes.
  • Knowledge of Army logistics requirements for aviation systems.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience.

  • Managing logistical project scope, schedule, cost, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
  • Overseeing operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness throughout the FMS life-cycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and international agreements.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the FMS process, including procurement, modification, and sustainment activities.
  • Collaborating with international partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
