These positions answer incoming calls from Utility customers, department personnel, government agencies, and others: take accurate descriptions of problem or issue, address and other pertinent details; and determine nature and priority of calls. The scheduled shift is 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. The biweekly schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off for a total of 84 hours worked every two weeks. A data entry skills test will be required for all applicants. The skills testing information and link will be sent via email after the closing date of this job announcement for applications received that successfully meet the qualifications for this position. The assessment will close on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 11:59 pm. Please note, failure to complete this assessment will result in elimination from this position.
