About The Position
The Village at Rockville is seeking an energetic, dependable Utility Aide (Dishwasher) to join its Dining Services team. The role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and supports high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests. The position is part-time and evening shift, with pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour; the final offer depends on the candidate’s skills, experience, and professional background.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish room and kitchen areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables and follow proper disposal procedures.
- Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen and dining staff.
- Follow sanitation, health, and safety guidelines.
- Promptly report equipment concerns or safety hazards.
- Support kitchen operations and assist team members as needed.
- Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
