About The Position

The Village at Rockville is seeking an energetic and dependable Utility Aide (Dishwasher) to join its Dining Services team. The role supports dining experiences for residents and guests by keeping dishes and kitchen equipment clean, maintaining an organized and sanitary work area, and assisting with kitchen operations. The position is part-time, evening shift, and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour; the final offer depends on the candidate’s skills, experience, and professional background. Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish room and kitchen areas.
Remove trash and recyclables and follow proper disposal procedures.
Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen and dining staff.
Follow sanitation, health, and safety guidelines.
Promptly report equipment concerns or safety hazards.
Support kitchen operations and assist team members as needed.
Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
