About The Position

The position will be responsible for satisfying internal client service requests under the direct guidance and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor. The goal is to ensure the operation of utilities and availability of services, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, manage service providers, and comply with safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans, corrective maintenance tasks, and proper service from providers.
Coordinate and supervise service providers, setting direction based on priorities.
Ensure the development, implementation, and compliance of equipment maintenance and operation procedures.
Issue, process, and control work orders, following compliance metrics.
Review, analyze, and archive executed work orders.
Track and control spare parts.
Continuously calculate preventive maintenance metrics.
Coordinate and manage general plant services.
Coordinate and respond to emergency and/or urgent operational situations.
Evaluate and coordinate work requests.
Coordinate and follow up on third-party work.
Review operating parameters and evaluate alarms.
Check the operation of air treatment units and air extractors.
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of the technical report archive.
Develop specifications and provide technical support for purchasing management.
Specify materials and services. Request spare parts, load purchase requests and invoices.
Attend to providers (on-site, via email, by phone).
Follow up on purchase orders, material reception, and claims.
