The Utilities Operator is responsible for maintaining plant safety rules and guidelines, working effectively with a team, and demonstrating initiative in improving company operations. This role involves collaborating with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor and Lead to implement changes, working effectively with other departments, and being flexible with assigned shifts. The operator will be required to work up to seven days per week at times, including some holidays. A key aspect of the role is operating and troubleshooting NH3-Ammonia Boilers and Compressors, as well as operating and maintaining the plant fire suppression system and attending associated training. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management.
