Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD TO APPLY

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Be on time.
  • Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time.
  • Smile, make eye contact and be courteous!
  • Be proactive – approach your guest, don’t wait for them to approach you.
  • Be certain that each guest is greeted in a warm and friendly manner (“Hello, May I show you to your seat?).
  • Escort all guest to their seats when possible.
  • Inspect your area prior to an event to be certain that is clean and presentable to our guest.
  • Check each ticket thoroughly noting date, section, seat and row number.
  • Receive and act upon complaints from guest and refer them to your supervisor if unable to satisfy their needs.
  • Know where your supervisor is at all times.
  • Keep aisles clear of people.
  • Politely inform guest where smoking is allowed.
  • Notify your supervisor when spills or accidents occur in your section.
  • When observing a guest with unauthorized contraband, contact your supervisor immediately if your polite request is met with resistance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
