• Lifeguard experience or certifications, particularly for resort or poolside venues.
• Experience working with children or in food service environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and energetically as they arrive at the venue or event entrance.
• Verify tickets or passes efficiently to facilitate entry and reduce wait times.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions or event information.
• Manage crowd flow to support safety and prevent congestion during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including ticket or merchandise sales.
• Address guest concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Guide guests to seating areas and assist with special-needs requests as needed.
• Monitor guest behavior and promptly report safety issues.
• Support event staff with additional duties as needed.
