About The Position
Marcus Theatres is hiring a theatre associate to help deliver an enjoyable moviegoing experience. The role involves guest service throughout the theatre, assisting with tickets and access, selling concessions, maintaining clean and ready facilities, and supporting a safe and accessible environment. Associates work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused setting and follow the direction of the leadership team. The estimated pay is $12 per hour. Schedules may be flexible or set. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are available to full-time associates working 30 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests throughout the facility.
- Issue tickets, direct guests, and control access.
- Sell food and beverage items at concessions.
- Inform guests about products and experiences and suggest options that offer the best possible value.
- Ensure auditoriums, seats, lobby, hallways, and restrooms are clean and ready for showtime.
- Maintain a safe and accessible facility for guests and associates.
- Follow direction from the leadership team.
