About The Position

The Usher will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with seating arrangements, and maintaining order within the event space.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during events.
• Basic knowledge of venue layout and emergency procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Guide attendees to their assigned seats in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding venue facilities, event schedules, and seating arrangements.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety, security, and adherence to venue policies.
• Assist with crowd control during entry and exit times to maintain smooth flow.
