About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a User Training and Adoption Consultant for an active RFP opportunity with the Texas State University System. The project involves a Physical Fitness Assessment Software-as-a-Service Platform, requiring system configuration, secure data capture, reporting, training, user support, implementation planning, and ongoing platform management. The consultant will be responsible for developing training materials, user guidance, adoption support, helpdesk workflows, and implementation communications. This role requires reviewing RFP scope, coordinating with the FuntoNetwork team, preparing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, user guidance, adoption support, helpdesk workflows, and implementation communications.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
