VTG is seeking a User Support Specialist to support National Security customers. This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about programming, quality, and enjoys communicating and working with end-users in a team environment. Responsibilities include providing technical support for multiple applications (legacy and newly developed GOTS as well as COTS), building and maintaining a deep understanding of application functionality, configuration, and limitations, and collaborating with application developers to identify and report defects, bugs, and other issues.
