About The Position

Wipro is seeking an engaging, detail-oriented User Research Facilitator/Proctor to support user experience and ergonomic research for wearable hardware. The facilitator serves as the primary point of contact for research participants, conducts live qualitative and quantitative studies, collects high-quality data, and partners with cross-functional teams to turn participant feedback into product insights. The position is a full-time, direct-hire role based onsite in Austin, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The posting lists compensation of $75,000–$85,000 per year and an expected compensation range of $45,000–$110,000. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or U.S. Green Card holders.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least six months of hands-on experience working directly with Apple Watch Black or Ultra series products.
Direct experience moderating or facilitating user or human-subjects research studies.
Geographic Information Systems (Maps) skills are listed as mandatory.
U.S. citizen or U.S. Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and moderate qualitative and quantitative live user research sessions evaluating wearable hardware ergonomics, fit, and comfort.
Collaborate on research protocols and ensure documentation and regulatory or compliance approvals are secured before testing.
Collect data rigorously during sessions and conduct foundational analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Maintain data integrity and quality, promptly identifying and flagging anomalies or inconsistencies.
Work with researchers, designers, and hardware engineers to deploy studies, synthesize feedback, and share findings across teams.
Provide clear, timely, concise feedback and study summaries to project leads and key decision-makers.
