About The Position
Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports. Our mission is to create a digital playground for sports fans and their friends to hang out – on Sleeper, you can check scores, play games, chat, send memes, and more! Our sports platform is used by over 10 million people internationally, and we’re constantly adding new games, social features, and functionality to our ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of UX Research experience
- Successfully deployed quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation
- Self-driven with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Degree in HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design, or related fields
- Experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards
- Experience with research tools for remote testing and/or surveys
Responsibilities
- Deploy quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Conduct research in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product experts.
