About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a remote User Experience Design Intern to join their Digital Experience and Design Team. This 12-week paid internship is part of the 2027 Global Internship Program, offering students the opportunity to work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience in healthcare innovation. Interns will contribute to the company's mission of improving health and lives by leveraging advanced technologies and data-driven innovation. The role involves partnering with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience, contributing design concepts, assisting in research planning and analysis, gathering user insights, and communicating findings. Labcorp is a global leader in laboratory services, providing insights and answers to improve healthcare outcomes through science, data, technology, and a laboratory network.

Requirements

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing

Nice To Haves

3-6 months experience of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
3-6 month experience of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Partner with the design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers
Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs
Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey
Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team
