About The Position

The Senior User Experience Designer shapes the end-to-end customer and colleague experiences across the enterprise applications for our Macys and Bloomingdales brands and retail stores, bringing Macy’s strategic vision to life through impactful and connected digital and physical (phygital) designs. In addition to creating best-in-class experiences, the Senior UX Designer also mentors teammates and partners closely with product, technology, research, and business leaders to ensure alignment with Macy’s strategic goals.
