This role provides hands-on experience across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to design and validation - while working on real-world, high-impact projects within an agile, cross-functional environment. Interns will collaborate with UX leaders, product teams, and engineering partners to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with business goals and emerging technologies such as AI, conversational interfaces, and data-driven systems.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media or related field
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong curiosity and interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital experiences
Good communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving

Nice To Haves

Interest in AI/ML applications in UX (GenAI, chat interfaces, personalization)
Exposure to mobile design, data visualization, or IoT interfaces
Basic understanding of design systems or front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
Interest in industrial, enterprise, or B2B product design

Responsibilities

Support the design of user experiences for web, mobile, and emerging digital interfaces
Participate in user research, persona development, and journey mapping
Create wireframes, user flows, visual design and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in an agile environment
Explore and apply AI-driven UX patterns (e.g., conversational UX, personalization, intelligent recommendations)
Contribute to design system components, guidelines, and documentation
Assist in usability testing and synthesize insights into actionable design improvements
Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders
Stay current with UX trends, AI innovations, and modern design practices
