About The Position

GRVTY is seeking an experienced User Engagement Engineer with a systems engineering background to join an established space domain awareness (SDA) software development program spanning multiple locations. This role involves documenting incidents, tracking their status, and communicating development plans and timelines to users. The engineer will manage user expectations regarding system capabilities and delivery, elucidate system functionality, and develop tradecraft and user guides for real-world operations. A key aspect of the role is supporting the transition from a legacy system to a modern architecture, providing informal training, and acting as a liaison between users, the customer, and site personnel for approvals, software delivery, and system integration. Facilitating on-site discussions and meetings with users and stakeholders is also a core responsibility.
