Requirements

  • Possess at least four years of experience supporting user engagement, training, or change management initiatives for enterprise software applications in a cleared environment.
  • Possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Agile software development, DevSecOps environments, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Apply a basic understanding of technologies such as Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based applications to effectively support users and collaborate with development teams.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and supporting implementation and sustainment activities.
  • Proactively gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and the overall user experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in instructional design, organizational change management, Agile, project management, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Utilize collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on training sessions that help users become proficient with an existing graphical user interface (GUI).
  • Develop and deliver instructor-led training, facilitate workshops, and create user guides and other instructional materials to help users adopt new features and workflows.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively with software developers, system administrators, product owners, cybersecurity personnel, and government stakeholders.
  • Gather user feedback, support user acceptance testing (UAT), document training results, and recommend usability improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training content using collaboration and documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Support software implementation, user adoption, or training efforts for Federal Government or Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Build productive working relationships with technical teams and government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the successful adoption of new software capabilities by promoting continuous improvement and user engagement.
