About the position
SuperLayer is seeking a User Acquisition Lead to focus on acquiring users for their Web3 game-to-earn application. As an early employee, you will be responsible for executing all user acquisition efforts and building a strong foundation for acquiring and retaining users. This role involves owning the performance marketing strategy, creating and growing paid user acquisition channels, and developing and testing new creative concepts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing performance metrics and budget tracking, as well as compiling reports to turn performance marketing data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing strategy and execution
- Create and grow paid user acquisition channels
- Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities
- Develop and test new creative concepts and value propositions for advertising
- Write and kick off detailed creative briefs to graphic designers, video editors, and on-camera talent
- Identify, recruit, and partner with micro creators and freelance producers for ads
- Manage performance metrics and budget tracking
- Compile reports to turn performance marketing data into insights
- Be a thought partner in building a product, company, and culture
- Be an advocate and ambassador for the brand internally and externally
- Execute multiple projects and maintain clarity and communication with stakeholders
- Understand the Gaming + Ad tech landscape and important KPIs
- Think strategically and be hands-on in building from scratch
- Work well in a small team environment
