About the position
SuperLayer is seeking a User Acquisition Lead to focus on acquiring users for their Web3 game-to-earn application in North America, Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional project management abilities, strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness. They will be responsible for owning the performance marketing strategy and execution, creating and growing paid user acquisition channels, and managing performance metrics and budget tracking. The successful candidate will be an advocate and inspirational ambassador for the brand internally and externally, and will be a thought partner in building a product, company, and culture that SuperLayer is proud of.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing strategy and execution
- Create and grow paid user acquisition channels
- Develop and test new creative concepts and value propositions to improve advertising effectiveness and reach qualified new customers
- Write and kick off detailed creative briefs to in-house and freelance graphic designers, video editors, and on-camera talent and share specific and actionable feedback
- Identify, recruit, and partner with micro creators and freelance producers to star in our ads
- Manage performance metrics (i.e. LTV, CAC, etc.) and budget tracking while ensuring findings are shared cross functionally
- Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to turn performance marketing data into meaningful insights
- Be a thought partner in building a product, company, and culture we are proud of

Requirements

- Have an eager communicator who understands the Gaming + Ad tech landscape and can navigate the important KPIs that come along with these verticals
- Have an ability to think strategically but eager to also be hands-on and build from scratch
- Have a demonstrated ability to work well in small teams, operate in open space with the ability to set your own direction, and assess and prioritize opportunities
- Have a deep knowledge of the trends, formats, and features on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat
- Are proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
- Have exceptional project management ability, requiring little guidance or supervision
- Have strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness
- Have an outstanding attention to detail
- Have flexibility and agility (you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!)
- Are ready and eager to jump into Web3, but direct experience is not required.
