About The Position

Freeland Auto is actively seeking an experienced, high-performing Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team. We are looking for a proven automotive sales leader with strong desking ability, excellent deal structure knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of driving volume, gross, and team performance. CDJR experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to top-performing automotive managers from other brands with a strong used vehicle background. This is an opportunity for a driven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands inventory management and dealership operations, and knows how to lead from the front while building a winning culture. Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Used Vehicle Manager experience required
  • Strong desking and closing experience required
  • Used vehicle inventory management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong CRM and dealership software experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

  • CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Desk and structure automotive deals effectively and profitably
  • Work closely with sales consultants to maximize closing ratios and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Drive used vehicle sales volume and profitability
  • Partner with leadership on inventory strategy and merchandising
  • Monitor deal structure, lender approvals, and compliance standards
  • Assist in managing internet leads, showroom traffic, and follow-up processes
  • Ensure strong CRM utilization and accountability
  • Support inventory acquisition efforts and used vehicle sourcing
  • Help create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture
