The Auto Ranch Group announces the opening of BOISE AUTO RANCH -- our used vehicle superstore on Fairview Ave. in Boise -- at the heart of Auto Row and with access to vehicle inventory at all six Auto Ranch Group dealerships in the Valley! We offer experienced sales consultants the most lucrative pay plan in the area, with up to 35% COMMISSION , volume bonuses, a robust spiff program, and an annual production bonus. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced automotive environment, helping customers find their perfect ride while achieving your professional goals. Requirements
- Prior experience in used vehicle sales required
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- A love for cars and the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays – NO Sundays!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
- Work closely with sales management to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up
- Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
