As a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for following up with leads and creating valuable guest experience for customers wanting to sell or trade in their vehicles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle
  • Following up on inbound leads through phone, email, or text to gather vehicle info and set appointments
  • Communicating regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer a competitive, fair-value deal
  • Contacting customers after their new vehicle purchase to ensure perfect delivery
  • Contacting customers after their vehicles service to ensure satisfaction
  • Documenting feedback from customers and working with the Sales & Service team to improve CSI scores
